01 Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features.

1.2 Documents, Scans, and Files

When you use the App to scan documents, convert images to PDF, merge, compress, protect, or otherwise edit PDF files, these files are:

• Created and stored locally on your device only, inside the App's private storage area.
• Not uploaded, transmitted, or backed up to any server operated by us.
• Accessible only to you, unless you explicitly choose to share, export, or download a file using the App's Share or Download features, in which case the file is handled by the third-party app or destination you select (e.g., WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, or your device's Downloads folder).

We do not access, read, analyze, or transmit the content of your scanned or created documents.

1.3 Camera Permission

The App requests access to your device's camera solely to allow you to scan physical documents. Images captured through the scanner are processed and stored locally on your device to generate PDF files. We do not access your camera in the background, and we do not store or transmit camera images to our servers.

1.4 Storage Permission

On certain Android versions, the App may request storage access to save files (such as compressed or downloaded PDFs) to your device's Downloads folder. This is used only to save files you explicitly choose to download.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information (Advertising)

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. To serve ads, including personalized ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain information, which may include:

• Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID)
• Device information (device type, operating system version, language, and general region)
• App usage and interaction data (such as which ads are shown, clicked, or dismissed)
• IP address (used to approximate general location, not precise location)

This information is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have access to or control over the specific data Google collects for ad personalization. You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android devices).

1.6 Purchase and Subscription Information (if applicable)

If the App offers premium features via subscription or one-time purchase, all payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. Google may share limited purchase status information (such as whether you hold an active subscription) with us so the App can unlock the relevant features on your device.

02 How We Use Information

Any information automatically collected through advertising services is used solely to:

• Display relevant advertisements within the App
• Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your scanned documents, files, or camera images for any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality to you.

03 Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited automatically collected data with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate the App:

04 Data Storage and Security

All documents, scans, and files you create remain on your device's local storage unless you choose to share or export them. We take reasonable measures to ensure the App functions securely, but we are not responsible for the security of files once they leave the App (e.g., after sharing to another app or saving to Downloads).

If you uninstall the App, all locally stored files, scans, and settings associated with the App will be permanently deleted from your device, unless previously exported elsewhere.

05 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

06 Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding information collected through advertising services, including the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Request information about data collected by third-party advertising partners
• Delete locally stored app data at any time via your device's App Settings → Storage → Clear Data

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, most privacy controls for this App are managed through your device settings and Google's advertising preferences.

07 Data Retention

• Documents and files: Retained locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
• Advertising data: Retained and managed by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's own data retention policies.

08 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
