By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The App provides document scanning and PDF utility tools, including but not limited to:
Some features may be offered as free, and others may require a one-time purchase or subscription ("Premium Features"), as described in Section 6.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all documents, images, and files you create, scan, or process using the App ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership rights over Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to scan, store, edit, and share it. We do not review, monitor, or moderate Your Content, as all files are processed and stored locally on your device.
Your Content is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain backup copies of Your Content on any server. You are responsible for backing up any files you wish to preserve, including before uninstalling the App or switching devices.
The App requires access to your device's camera to provide document scanning functionality, and may request storage access to save files to your device. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to use them solely for the purposes described within the App and this Terms of Service. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit or disable certain features of the App.
Certain features of the App may be available free of charge, while others may be offered as Premium Features, accessible via a one-time purchase or recurring subscription.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. By purchasing a subscription or one-time unlock, you agree to Google Play's own terms of service and payment policies, in addition to these Terms.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as applicable) unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds; please contact Google Play support or manage your purchase through the Google Play Store.
If a free trial is offered for a subscription, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Trial terms, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you start the trial.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of Premium Features at any time. Any price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased until the next renewal cycle, and you will be notified in advance as required by applicable law and Google Play policies.
The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and its advertising partners to support the free features of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the display of such advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising partners may collect and use data.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DOCUMENT CONVERSION, COMPRESSION, MERGING, OR PROTECTION PROCESS WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR DATA LOSS.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important documents. We are not liable for any loss of data or files resulting from use of the App, device failure, uninstallation, or any other cause.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases already made, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google ML Kit. Your use of these integrated services may be subject to the respective third party's own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the laws of your jurisdiction as a consumer.
